Appointments

Appointments may be made by calling our offices at 906-932-1436.  Our offices are open from
8:00A.M. to 5:00P.M., Monday through Friday.

Because we make every attempt to be on time, please call us if you are unable to make your
appointment.  If we are delayed by an unexpected emergency, we will try to notify you before-
hand.  Please registor with the appointment coordinators when you arrive and stop by our check out desk after your visit.

Our office is situated in front of the Grand View Hospital.  We have plenty of parking for your convenience.  If you need further directions, please ask our appointment coordinators for assistance.
